Here is where prisoners are kept and tortured. Because every crime is considered an assult on Samantha herself, all prisoners are usually killed after she is done with them. Like the Raft, every cell is specifically designed for their specific prisoner, designed to cancle out their abilities, but keep them alive. The room is made entirely of Adamite, which Black Adam stole from Carter Hall, after their final battle.
